Digital Preservation, Indexing and Archiving Policy

 

IJBEM is committed to best indexing services and for the long-term preservation of its published content. To ensure permanent access and archiving, all published articles are deposited in trusted digital preservation services.

 

Our current archiving methods include:

 

• Internet Archive: All published articles are uploaded to the Internet Archive, a global digital library committed to free access and preservation of digital content.

IJBEM is also exploring inclusion in services such as PKP PN, LOCKSS, and CLOCKSS for broader preservation.

 

 

Self-Archiving & Repository Policy

 

IJBEM encourages authors to share their research as widely as possible. We permit the following versions of articles to be deposited in institutional and subject-based repositories, including personal and academic websites:

Allowed Versions for Deposit:

• Pre-print version (before peer review)

• Post-print version (after peer review, before formatting)

• Published version (PDF) (final formatted version)

Terms:

• Authors must include full citation to the IJBEM published version.

• A link to the article on the IJBEM website should be provided.

• Archived copies must acknowledge IJBEM and the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0).

This policy supports Green Open Access and ensures compliance with funder and institutional mandates.
